 Transportation and Hiker Shuttle: Free shuttle buses operate in the east end of the Yosemite Valley year-round, as well as between Wawona and the Mariposa Grove and between the Tuolomne Lodge and Tenaya Lake along the Tioga Road during the summer season. Beginning July 1st and ending approximately Labor Day, Yosemite Transportation Service provides a daily bus that leaves from Yosemite Valley at 7:30 a.m., arrives in Lee Vining by 1:00 p.m., then returns to Yosemite Valley.Arrangements can be made to be left off at any trailhead along the road. Other bus service in the park includes daily trips to Glacier Point and the Mariposa Grove.
